Due to the personal nature of topical hemp-derived CBD products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

*Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

*A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
